We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, QRIS, and other methods as displayed on our platform. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

4.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are activated upon successful payment confirmation
• Subscription duration varies by plan and is clearly stated at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated
• You are responsible for managing your subscription renewals

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

• Service was not delivered within the promised timeframe
• Technical issues on our end prevented service activation
• Duplicate payments were made

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6.3 Trademarks

"Loomiq" and our logo are trademarks of our company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses arising from third-party services accessed through our platform. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
